Resilient Workplace Certification

Invest EAP is excited to offer an innovative new program designed to build organizational capacity for workplace resilience. The Resilient Workplace Certification Program (RWCP) is designed to:

• Improve employee productivity and morale
• Support recruitment and retention
• Promote psychological safety and wellbeing
• Build organizational capacity for workplace resilience

RWCP offerings include:

• Support in assessing workplace culture and employee needs;    
• Providing organizational consultations to identify areas of focus and customize strategies;  
• Delivering a variety of unique educational supports, including a new Resilient Manager Training Series to equip your organization’s managers and supervisors to promote a psychological safe and healthy workplace;
• Mental Health First Aid training for employees; and   
• Connecting to resources to support employee mental health, return to work, recovery, and work/life balance.
