Crisis Services

INVEST EAP provides members with 24 hour per day, 7-day per week access to licensed counselors. There is no paging or call-back needed; members simply press a button on their phone and a counselor responds. The average response time is less than 10 seconds.

Our staff counselors provide Critical Incident Stress Debriefing to groups of employees at the worksite when tragic events, such as the death of an employee, occur.
